Sami Warung in Ubud

Yes Mexican restaurant with great flavor. Good portion, very good table. To change traditional warungs. I highly recommend.

We have dinner here with 2 people. Very friendly staff. We sat next to the kitchen and the chefs enjoyed their work very much. In the fridge you could see that all the ingredients were neatly placed in covered containers. The food was very good. We had burrito and a MI goreng. Bruchetta in advance and 2 drinks. Had to pay 180K, cheapest food we have eaten so far and also very tasty.

It was not really good. The service was okay but the food was mediocre. We got chicken satay with rice and vegetables but the rice was without taste and the chicken was a very small portion. We barely got any peanut sauce and we are going to get something extra to eat elsewhere because it is not really a big portion.Also it is very hot here, they put up some fans but the kitchen is right there. All the heat is coming over to the tables.

Warung rather nice at the location with its high terrace seen on the street.The dishes are good although the price is high compared to some small warung. When I say high it is really not comparative because on our French tariffs it is nothing. About 3/4 euros for a dish.Cool Cocktails also with happyhour.

Watermelon Juice & Mango smoothie were good. Indonesian Nasi Goreng breakfast was good with a side of chopped fresh chilli (I asked for it). However, the chicken curry didn’t really meet our expectation. Expected it to be spicier and have more chicken meat, instead of small bite size. It was a nice break from busy Ubud street, as the restaurant is located upstairs.

The food and drinks were ready in a flash and everything tasted really good. The staff is very attentive and friendly.You can't complain about the prices either. You can get a main course for just 40k.Tip: The Banana Cinnamon Lassi is highly recommended.

The beef burger was ordered. The bread was big enough for the palm. The meat was smaller than the punch. The contents were very poor.I did not take any pictures of the meat when I cut it all in half.

Perfect place to have breakfast, lunch and especially dinner!! The staff is super nice and friendly! The food is delicious and not expensive. It's cosy and a nice view over the street.

For a drink idealni, lasting happy hours 100 rupees for two drinks and mix them really well👌🏻 recommend

This place has the best cap cay I’ve had the entire time I’ve been in Bali. I really recommend this place the staff are really friendly and they don’t feel like they’re forcing themselves to be be nice to you. They’re genuinely very happy. The cocktails here are also to dieeee for! Such a gem in ubud

Good place to drink in a night or during drinking eat out small dish. Best advantage is good prices for alcohol and other drinks. Large beer is just 35k ! Definetly good spot as a pub. Meals are average.

We ordered sami soup and cap cay (spicy). Both were awesome. We are from India, so we loved the full flavor of broth in both.

Cheap and tasty meal (not big) with fresh fruit juices. Chilled room upstairs above the street, don't miss the entrance it is quite tiny but spot the staircase! Really good service with as always extremely smiling waiters/waitresses.

The restaurant is really excellent. The products are fresh. You will enjoy your meal, the view and above all the kindness of the staff also the owner are friendly :D I highly recommend the place 😁

Hidden gem! Incredible prices, great atmosphere and the tuna special, it’s the bee’s knees! How can food taste that good?! And did I mention the cheap drinks and fantastic, friendly service? A must if coming to Ubud!

Best food I tastes in Bali and for a while everywhere, ordered the crispy chicken that came with a sweet sauce that was excellent.The Frozen Minty Lime was also excellent, didn't really like the Mango Thick.Prices were great when taking into account the quality of the food and drinks.Would definitely recommend for everyone to eat there when visiting the Ubut Market.

This restaurant has a diverse menu with different styles of cuisine from indonesian, indian, thai, mexican to western burgers. The price is very reasonable and decorations are good-looking.I tried balinese curry with plain for a dinner and crispy chicken the day after, they were all delicious. The drink was good too.

The personnel was lovely, kind and smiling. Food was served within 5 minutes. Everything tasted good and design and the view of the cafe are nice. Though the bathroom didn’t have paper towels or hand dryer.

I went here twice and the food was really good for a reasonable price, but the best were the cute and extremely friendly boys serving. The atmosphere was great and I felt so very welcome, I will go again - try this out!

Very nice mi goreng with sateh!The first warung that actually makes a decent spicy peanutsauce! Kudos to this!The spanish omelette of my girlfriend was very tasty too!

Tasty food

It is accessed by a small staircase to a terrace overlooking the main street. Helpful, fast and very good everything we ask. We will repeat.

Nice place overall but I witnessed the waiters making fun of some of the customers and talking in the local language behind their back. I was really put off. Hopefully something that can be changed easily if the will is there.

Called in for lunch and was very pleasantly surprised. We had the stuffed mushrooms and tuna salad both where fantastic and very cheap. After a week in Bali eating average and expensive food, I couldn't recommended this place any higher.

One of my favourite restaurants in Ubud. Loved the food, especially the Nasi Goreng and the Tom Yum soup (which was a pleasant surprise!). The prices were extremely reasonable and the large bottle of Bintang (prices at 30,000 IDR) was irresistible.The young waitress that served us was extremely friendly, and the WiFi provided was strong. I don’t often go back to places when I am abroad, but this place was just that good an experience. Enjoyed the second floor dining ambiance and the music was more than decent.Note that the stairs up is pretty steep though.

This quickly became our favorite spot in Ubud, we came here 3 times during our week vacation. Great atmosphere and music, fast and friendly service, and the food is some of the best quick eats we found here. Super affordable too— one night we had 7+ Bintangs and dinner for under $20 USD. Highly recommend!

We love Sami Warung.... Great views with great food. Second floor right in the heart of Ubud! We love their Nasi Goreng , Chicken Satay and of course the mint lime slush! We've been coming here for past two years! won't be disappointed!
